Zelenskyy accuses Russia of deploying banned vacuum bombs, investigating use of chemical warfare

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Thursday accused Russia of continuously making use of banned thermobaric weapons, also identified as vacuum bombs, in metropolitan areas across Ukraine.
