Tenured Canadian professor fired immediately after declaring BLM ‘destroyed’ her university

A tenured Canadian professor who was fired right after criticizing Black Lives Make a difference (BLM) has a proposed arbitration date established through which she intends to lay out her grievances in opposition to her previous college.

Widdowson, who taught economics, justice and coverage scientific tests, was fired from Mount Royal University (MRU) in Calgary, Alberta, final December soon after stoking controversy for feedback criticizing BLM, which she mentioned “destroyed MRU” to these types of an extent that she “doesn’t understand the institution any longer.”
