A Tennessee mother is accused of threatening to blow up her son’s elementary school above a missing backpack, allegedly telling school staff members in excess of the cell phone that “some kids will be missing.” 

Loretta Clayton, 30, was arrested immediately after placing phone calls to Getwell Elementary in Memphis Wednesday. 

Courtroom files allege that a teaching assistant explained to law enforcement she took a call from Clayton, who phoned inquiring about her son’s lacking backpack before developing indignant and threatening to blow up the faculty. The instructor claimed that Clayton stated, “some children will be missing,” an affidavit suggests.
