A Ga gentleman confessed to locking his hurt 82-12 months-old grandmother in a freezer in which she died, police said.
Robert Tincher III, 29, instructed police that he put the human body of his grandmother, Doris Cumming, into substantial plastic baggage soon after Cummings endured a fall in December 2021 and then locked her overall body into the freezer, breaking several of her bones in the method and killing her, in accordance to the Floyd County Police Office.
“Tincher explained to law enforcement her back broke as he forced her into the freezer. He also explained to the investigator in graphic depth her going and respiratory though in the freezer, which was locked,” the division mentioned in a push release Friday.

Cumming’s entire body was located in a freezer in a storage device soon after police have been dispatched to her home to perform a welfare check out.
Tincher explained he had originally put her overall body in a freezer within the home instead of giving his grandmother healthcare care for close to four months in advance of moving it to the storage device prior to police discovery.
“Tincher experienced no provocation or altercation with the sufferer, nor (done) lifestyle conserving actions,” police wrote in an incident report.

Tincher has been billed with felony malice murder, concealing the demise of one more, aggravated battery, and felony murder. He also faces extra felony fees of terroristic threats and acts from a 2018 incident in which Tincher is accused of contracting a hitman to place his wife “6 toes deep” after failing to clearly show up for a court docket date and a warrant becoming issued for his arrest.
Tincher is becoming held at the Floyd County Jail.
