A Ga guy is staying charged with murder just after allegedly leaving his have grandmother in a freezer for months.

Robert Tincher III, 29, was charged with felony murder after he allegedly put his grandmother, Doris Cumming, 82, in a freezer for months, in accordance to Online News 72h 5. 

Floyd County Police reported that the discovery of Cumming’s system was designed on Thursday in a dwelling that the two shared in Armuchee.

The physique remained in the freezer for months, and law enforcement say Tincher moved the freezer to a distinctive site when the body was nonetheless inside it.

Police said that they feel that Cumming was hurt in December soon after a fall, and that Tincher didn’t request professional medical focus for his grandmother, rather dragging her through the home.

A warrant for Tincher’s arrest states that he “listened to and noticed many bones split.” He wrapped Cumming in plastic bags and positioned her in a big freezer, in accordance to law enforcement.

“He claimed she was the only loved ones member that gave him the courtesy and appreciate and interest he needed,” Werner said.

An autopsy is being executed on Cumming’s overall body by the Ga Bureau of Investigation to ascertain a result in and time of death.
