DC lady jumps from superior-rise condominium with legs tied, suspect arrested: police

A Washington D.C., girl whose legs have been tied fell from a making Thursday night and a suspect was arrested just after he allegedly arrived back to the scene, authorities reported. 

Officers responded all over 7 p.m. to experiences about a person who fell many tales from an apartment creating. They discovered a girl on the ground with her legs bound alongside one another with “some kind of rope tied all over her legs,” a law enforcement spokesperson advised reporters.
